Custom Products
Items you personalize with your own images, text, or designs.
- Fathead Big Head Cutouts (with your photo)
- Stand Out Cutouts (with your image)
- Any wall decal, mural, or print using your submitted photo/design
If you uploaded a picture, logo, or added personalized text, it's a custom product.
Non-Custom Products
Pre-designed items sold as-is, with no personalization.
- Standard Fathead Wall Decals (team logos, athletes, popular characters)
- Retail decals, murals, or stickers
- Licensed Sports Wallpapers
- Garage Door Banners (pre-designed)
If you picked your item from our catalog without personalization, it's a non-custom product.
Detailed Policy
Custom Products
Cancellation: Allowed until printing begins. After printing starts, order is final.
Exchange/Return (If Damaged or Delayed):
- Eligible only if the product is damaged upon arrival or there is an extreme shipping delay
- We will reprint and replace with the exact same image/design (no changes allowed)
- Proof Required: Photos of both the defective item and shipping box
- Not Covered: No exchanges/returns for customer errors (low-res images, missed proofs, buyer's remorse)
- Processing: Printing takes 5–7 business days, not including shipping
Non-Custom Products
Cancellation: Allowed until your order is in production (usually within 4 hours).
Exchange/Return for Damaged Items:
- Eligible within 30 days of shipment if the product is damaged
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Process: Submit a request at returns.fathead.com
- Proof Required: Photos of both the damaged item and shipping box
- Shipping: Fathead will provide next steps, which may include return instructions
Return/Exchange for Unopened Items (No Damage):
- Eligible within 30 days of shipment if unopened and unused
- Return shipping fees apply, deducted from your refund
- Item must be unused and in original packaging (do not peel decals off backing or remove cutouts)
- Process: Request at returns.fathead.com
- You may be required to send the item back
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges
Important Additional Notes
- Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original store
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash; if used for purchase, refunds go to the gift card first
- No returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States

A: Refunds and credits will go to the gift card first, then your other payment method.
